What type of sweetener do you use?
We only use our Belgian Beets Rock Sugar which is low glycemic, all-natural and doesn't "mask" the taste of tea like a honey or granulated sugar. Rather, it boosts and enhances the natural flavor profile of the tea.

What is "Light Sweet" and "Heavy Sweet"?
Light Sweet is approximately 1/2 tbsp and Heavy Sweet is approximately 1 tbsp.

What is a 1/2 splash and Full Splash?
A 1/2 splash is approximately 1/8 of a cup and Full Splash would be approximately 1/4 of a cup.

Can I order ahead?
Yes, you can order at Mysteep.com which will re-direct you to Steepologieteabar.com (the shorter web address saves time typing!). Plan on your order being ready within 10 to 15 minutes of placing your order depending on how busy we are.

How are orders placed on the website handled?
All orders placed via the website are served to go style. All hot drinks are served in a 16 oz cup and all iced drinks are served in a 24 oz cup.

Do you have seating?
Yes, but it's on a first-come-first-served basis and orders for in-store service must be placed in person. Our dishware cannot be used for outdoor seating areas (where available).

What's the vibe?
We play laid back chill music, offer free wifi and you can charge up your phone or laptop while you enjoy our tasty beverages and delectables - we think it's an awesome vibe!
